Good Shepherd is hosting a workshop by Braver Angels, a nonprofit organization created in 2016 to combat political divisiveness. This workshop is designed to help participants bridge today’s political divide that is threatening our personal relationships as well as the country’s future. By the end of the workshop you will have developed:

• A better understanding of the values and concerns of people who differ from you politically

• Stronger skills for listening in a way the other person feels heard (important for all relationships!)

• Better skills for sharing viewpoints in a way the other person might hear even if they disagree and finding common ground.
