Holden Evening Prayer

Wednesday evenings during Lent include several opportunties to gather via Zoom:

6:30pm Social Time
7:00pm Holden Evening Prayer
7:30pm Communion

The Zoom link will be the same for all three, so you can opt in or out of any component. Please email our church office administrator at churchoffice@goodshepherdlc. org for the Zoom link.

Easter Flowers

We invite you to donate flowers for Easter Sunday, April 4th. Place your order using the link below or by dropping off your order form (found in your second Lent bag) and payment to the church office by Thursday, March 11th:

Please don't forget to note the type of flower and any dedications you would like included.

Congregation Anti-Racism Survey

Our Antiracism Team is inviting members and friends of Good Shepherd to take a brief survey to give the team a sense of where we are as a congregation and where we need to go. Please take a moment to complete the survey. Thank you!

Safe Water Project

This time of pandemic has reminded us of handwashing as an invaluable defense against disease. Yet some people around the world lack access to a source of clean water. This year our Lenten offerings will be supporting the ELCA Safe Water Project. A simple water well, spring box, or other water point can provide access to clean, safe water for up to 500 families! Save your coins and bills and bring them to church on Saturday, April 3 to add them to our wishing well.

Coming Soon: A Fresh Look for the Good Shepherd Website

Our church has recently had an interior refresh, and soon our website will too!
Over the last several months, a dedicated team has been working to develop a new website that will expand read into the community and provide a better experience for members of the congregation. We anticipate the launch of the new site to take place around Easter. Stay tuned!

COVID-19 Update

When you enter the building, you will need to sign in and use the hand sanitizer. The sign in sheets are used both for contact tracing as well as an indication that those who enter are sympton-free. Masks and social distancing are expected when in the building. Read more »
