No Food Waste November

Food Waste currently takes up 20% of landfill by weight. It is the largest single municipal waste source. The methan released by food is a greenhouse gas 21 times more powerful than carbon dioxide. This November we commit to reducing food waste within our homes. Start by taking the Food Waste Challenge found as an attachment. You can also go to the EPA website for information.
